At Modzape, we are committed to providing you with a transparent and efficient shopping experience. This Shipping Policy gives you detailed information about our shipping coverage, costs, processing times, and delivery methods. Please read carefully to understand how we process and deliver your apparel orders.

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States.

We do not support shipping to:

P.O. Boxes

Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

U.S. overseas territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands).

Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our shipping fees clear, fair, and affordable:

Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99 for all orders under $89.00.

Free U.S. Shipping: Orders of $89.00 or more (after discounts and promotions) qualify for free standard shipping.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

To make sure you receive your apparel as quickly and reliably as possible, our process is divided into two stages:

Processing Time:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • During this time, we confirm your order, carefully inspect the shirt(s) for size, color, and quality, and package them securely to avoid wrinkles or damage during transit.

Transit Time:

  • 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location (remote or coastal areas may require an additional 1–2 days).

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Additional Notes for Apparel

Each shirt is shipped in a protective, dust-proof, and moisture-resistant package to preserve fabric quality and shape.

If your order contains multiple products (shirts, pants, accessories, etc.), they may be shipped together in a single parcel whenever possible.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong size, color, or a defective shirt, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for fast assistance.

Delivery Timeline – Example

To help you better understand how long your shirt order may take, here is a clear example:

  • Monday (Day 0): You place your order at 3:00 PM CST (after the cut-off time). Your order will officially start processing the next business day (Tuesday).

  • Tuesday – Wednesday (Day 1–2): Our fulfillment team carefully prepares your shirt(s). This includes verifying product quality (size, color, stitching, and fabric condition), folding, and packaging into protective bags. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Following 4–6 Business Days: The shipping carrier transports your package across the U.S. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the destination (urban areas usually arrive faster than rural or remote areas).

  • Estimated Delivery Result: Your order is expected to arrive between Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week. Note: Holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays may slightly extend this timeline.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you immediately by email. The Shipping Confirmation Email will contain:

  • A Tracking Number unique to your order.

  • A Direct Link to the carrier’s website so you can follow the progress of your package in real-time.

Important details about tracking:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email.

  • If you ordered multiple shirts and they are shipped in separate parcels, each package will have its own tracking number.

  • You can also log into your Modzape customer account on our website to view your order history and track your shipment at any time.

Damaged or Lost Goods

We take pride in careful packaging, but issues can rarely occur during transit.

a. Damaged Goods

If you receive a shirt that is damaged, defective, or not in the expected condition:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing:

    • The shirt’s defect or damage.

    • The outer shipping box/bag (to confirm transit damage).

  3. Our team will quickly review and offer solutions such as:

    • Sending a replacement shirt at no extra cost.

    • Issuing a refund if replacement is not possible.

b. Lost Package

If your package appears lost: Please reach out if 14 business days have passed without delivery, and the tracking shows no updates for more than 7 consecutive days. We will investigate directly with the carrier. Once confirmed as lost, we will either:

  • Reship your shirt(s) at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To maximize your chances:

  • Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order is packed and handed over to the carrier (i.e. a tracking number has been generated), we cannot cancel it.

In cases where cancellation is no longer possible, you may still return the product by following our Return & Refund Policy after receiving it.
